The CQ-3302 is an open-type current sensor designed for high-accuracy and high-speed AC/DC current sensing. Utilizing a quantum well ultra-thin film InAs Hall sensor, it provides an analog voltage output proportional to the measured current. Its coreless surface mount package (VSOP-24) ensures space-saving. The sensor offers high isolation voltage (3.0kV), compliance with safety standards (IEC/UL-60950, UL-508), and an ultra-fast response time of 0.5sec. It is suitable for applications requiring bi-directional current measurement with a single 5V power supply and features a ratiometric output and low noise characteristics.
