With factory-programmed sensitivities of 5.0 mV/G (A1324), 3.125 mV/G (A1325), and 2.5 mV/G (A1326), they are ideal for automotive and industrial applications operating within an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C. Each monolithic circuit integrates a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped output stage, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique for enhanced reliability and accuracy.
